We use third-party service providers (Telehealth, Nutri-Q) to streamline safe and secure client scheduling and record management. Telehealth and Nutri-Q are HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR compliant electronic practice management platforms which store health records, appointment information, and communication between practitioners and clients.

How And Why We Collect Information

 

The Company collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select.
